  • Negotiation services are only available if you have first completed either a contract review or drafting service with us for such contract.

  • Unlimited ability to discuss updates and questions relating to the contract negotiation with the attorney via email, text, and scheduled phone/video meetings.

  • If needed, coordinating signatures includes e-signing service.

  • Services conclude after the earliest of the following: (1) All parties sign the contract; (2) A party to the contract decides to not enter into the contract; or (3) The contract is not fully signed within a year after the start of the negotiation service.

Fees

  • The fee depends on the contract’s total number of pages. The total number of pages includes all pages in the contract, even if a page just has a place for signatures or is an exhibit with only song titles.

  • The total page numbers will be discussed in advance.
