Terms of Use

Welcome to the Music Law Pro Website (the “Site”). These terms of use (the “Terms”) are between Morris Music Law, PC, a California professional corporation, d/b/a “Music Law Pro” (“MLP”) and you.

1. Acceptance of Terms.  By accessing or using the Site in any way, (a) you represent that you have read and understand these Terms, and (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree with or understand these Terms, please immediately stop all use of the Site and contact: hello@musiclawpro.com.

2. Eligibility.  To access and/or use the Site you must (a) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (b) have the power to enter a binding contract with MLP and are not barred from doing so under any applicable laws.  You also represent and warrant that any information that you submit to MLP is accurate, true, and complete, and that you will keep it that way at all times.   

3. Disclaimer.  You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these Terms, you also represent and warrant that you read, understand, and accept the terms of the Disclaimer, attached and incorporated herein by this reference.    

4. Privacy Policy.  All personal data that you provide to MLP in connection with your use of the Site is collected, stored, used, and disclosed by MLP in accordance with the Privacy Policy attached and incorporated herein by this reference.  You acknowledge and agree that by accepting these Terms, you also represent and warrant that you read, understand, and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.   

5. Links to Other Sites and/or Materials.  The Site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that MLP has no control over the content, goods, services, or privacy practices of the linked sites.  If you decide to access any of the linked sites, you agree to do so entirely at your own risk.  MLP encourages you to learn about the privacy policies of a linked site before providing your personally identifiable information to them.  MLP reserves the right to terminate any link at any time.

6. Copyright Notice.  All materials used on the Site are protected by copyright, and are owned or controlled by MLP, or licensed to MLP. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, republishing, uploading, posting, transmitting, or duplicating of any of the Site’s content is prohibited.  All rights reserved.

7. Service Mark Notice.  “Music Law Pro,” MLP’s logo, and other related marks are service marks of MLP and are protected by law. Any public use of the marks requires prior written authorization from MLP. Fair use of MLP’’s service marks without MLP’s permission is permitted, provided that you follow standard trademark usage practices and provide proper attribution.  All rights reserved.

8. No Warranties and Limitation of Liability.  Information provided on the Site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.  MLP periodically adds changes, improves, or updates the information on the Site without notice.  MLP assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.  Under no circumstances and under no legal theory shall MLP be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising from your access or use of the Site.

9. Choice of Law; Venue; Jurisdiction.  These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provisions.  The federal and state courts located in the State of California, County of Los Angeles shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter.

10. Severability.  If any provision of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and all other provisions shall remain in force.

11. Modification.  MLP reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this page, and the terms of the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy by updating the pages that such terms appear on.  If we make any changes, we will change the date below and by using the Site, you will be bound by any such revised versions of the Terms, Disclaimer, and/or Privacy Policy,  so please check the Terms, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy before using the Site.
